Group & Private Instructional Classes
Roll away tension! This class teaches self Myofascial Release with the use of small therapy balls and other self treatment props. Ideal for self care and stress management at home, at work, and in between private treatment sessions. Learn to take care of your body daily by releasing areas of stress and tension. Restorative poses and traditional stretches are integrated into the techniques. Participants feel refreshed and energized with increased range of motion and improved circulation. Techniques are designed for the purpose of promoting and maintaining movement, health and well-being. This is not an exercise class, yet a means to enhance your ability to function better while doing physical activities, such as Yoga, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Running, Golf etc.
All ages and abilities are welcome. No experiency necessary.
